What is TECH-X?
Tech-X is the application developed by Safety-X to provide their clients with optimal support. The app is used to manage your daily HSE requirments. Safety-X can build an HSE management system that can be downloaded on your phone or tablet. the App is very user friendly and can be used by anyone.
Our clients use the App for daily tasks such as inspections, work permits, risk assessments, appointments, etc.
The App can be customised to the client’s specifications and needs. Our objective is to support our clients with their legal compliance regarding health and safety as well as the environment.
By using the App, our clients are assured that the comply with legislation and company standards. Our App is unique because all inspection, work permits, PPE registers, policies and much more can be signed and dated on the app so that there is no need for paper work to be printed and/or filed. We can build any system on the application such as ISO14001, ISO 9001, NOSA Integrated System, SABS, ILO and/or a system specific for your organisation.

HOW THE APP WORKS
The app is build according to the legal requirements and regulations to comply with National and provincial legislation and standards. You can do your appointments, inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, procedures, inductions and so much more on the app. All documentation can be signed and dated on the app.
- Interaction between Clients and Safety-X
Safety-X has an option of a 24-hour supervision capability. Our offices receive all inspections, non-conformances, injuries and reports as submissions are made. Once a non-conformance indicator is alarmed, we are there to help. It is our obligation and duty to support our clients by providing remedies and action plans to correct any issues they may have.
Scenario: X had a non-conformance notice from department of labour due to the non-compliance of section 17 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act; Health and Safety Representative. X neglected to appoint a Health and Safety Rep for his retail store and therefore received a non-conformance notice.
Safety-X saw the non-conformance notice and provided our support to X. Safety-X arranged for training for the new elected Health and Safety Rep at his nearest location.
Therefor X complied with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, section 17 and could not be prosecuted by a court of law.
