SAFETY-X is equipped with specialized SHEQ Practitioners that provide our clients with advice on health, safety, environment and quality matters.

IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT

Effective management systems are essential to successfully manage your risk within your organisation. SAFETY-X can implement and maintain a management system that is tailor made to your business. Management systems such as NOSA SHE Integrated Management Systems, ISO standard and Food Management Systems can be implemented.

INSPECTIONS

If you are concerned that legislation and/or company standards on site are not complied to and need a specialised SHEQ PRactitioner/s on site to do an inspection, SAFETY-X can provide that service from beginning of a project or on ad-hoc basis.

AUDITING

SAFETY-X conducts auditing on sites to establish the compliance level on SHEQ legislation. SAFETY-X also does auditing on existing Management Systems for reviewing purposes and establishing the effectiveness of a Management System.

RISK ASSESSMENTS

SAFETY-X Conducts Baseline Risk Assessments for organisations to identify top risks within the organisation. SAFETY-X also conducts Site Specific Risk Assessments to mitigate these risks by providing controls measures.

SAFETY FILES AND DOCUMENTATION

Safety files are compulsory when it comes to construction. SAFETY-X provides services to our clients by constructing safety files for projects and also assist our clients during the duration of projects.

MEDICALS

SAFETY-X arrange periodical medicals as well as entry and exit medicals to ensure that employees are fit for duty. SAFETY-X makes use of a mobile medical testing unit which allows us to do medicals on site.

INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

Accident analysis is carried out in order to determine the cause or causes of an accident or series of accidents so as to prevent further incidents.

RAILWAY SAFETY REGULATOR (RSR) APPLICATION

SAFETY-X assist organizations that require a Railway Safety Permit. Services include yearly renewal of safety permit and ad hoc requests such as technical requirements on railway.
